M4F uses different platforms to achieve their main goal. The company deals with several stakeholders such as companies and consumers . Each group uses its own platform for its own personal interests and needs.The main target group of the company are the people of Antwerp. The company developed a communication strategy to address this specific target group.
We distinguish three different stakeholders. The first stakeholders exsist of transport companies. This group consists of companies that want to participate in projects in Antwerp that contribute to sustainable mobility. The municipal of Antwerp is the second group.The municipality makes decisions about the city in the areas of business, transport and transport. The third group are the people who live in Antwerp. They are the ones who use all the facilities in the city. The third group of millenials are the target audience of M4F.

Facebook is one of the largest online social media platforms. Many people of the different target group indicate that they use the platform on a daily basis. To reach the target group, The number of monthly active users is a whopping 2.70 billion. Male users (19.3%) and female users (13.2%) between the ages of 25 and 34 years are the biggest demographic group on Facebook. Facebook is a perfect platform for advertising. The potential reach of advertisements is 1.9 billion. That is why many companies use the platform and it is very attractive for M4F.

The website has 2 billion users worldwide (Statista, 2019). The only social network that has more monthly active users than YouTube is Facebook. Considering YouTube’s reach, it should come as no surprise that the video-sharing platform is extremely popular among marketers these days. In fact , 78,8 precent of the marketers consider Youtuba as the most effective platform when it comes to video marketing. (GO Globe, 2019). It is therefore not surprising that 62% of companies use YouTube.

M4F has its own personal newsletter. The newsletter will be used in various ways. Customers receive information about the company's latest projects. New prospects receive letters of introduction with invitations to get acquainted with the company. People can also use this email to ask questions about the company and its projects.
